    Brent Council launched a special Task-Group (23 November) to investigate gangs in Brent as well as explore ways of developing diversionary and exit strategies for young people involved in local gangs.

    Cllr. Zaffar Van Kalwala has called on Transport for London (TfL) to improve local transport links particularly from south of the borough. Local residents are concerned about the lack of direct bus services from the Stonebridge and Harlesden area to the north of the borough. The issue is likely to be further tested as more schoolchildren from Stonebridge/Harlesden start enrolling in schools...
